My story
Since I was a little girl, I’ve wanted to help people. That calling led me to become a registered nurse, working with critically ill neurosurgical patients and on the front lines during the COVID pandemic. I saw firsthand the cost of stress, disconnection, and burnout, not just in my patients, but in myself.
Fitness had always been part of my life, running, weightlifting, and later Pilates, but after years of pushing, I hit a wall. Movement became my outlet, but it wasn’t healing me. Then I found yoga.
I went to my first class thinking it would be easy or it’s just stretching. I was wrong. My strong body was tight, overworked, and craving stillness. That one class shifted everything. For the first time in a long time, I felt fully present. The instructor spoke about Ahimsa, nonviolence toward self and something in me softened. I kept coming back. Not for the workout, but for the mental peace and self-awareness it offered.
Yoga became my reset. It gave me space to breathe, to reconnect, and to heal.
Now, I bring that same experience to you. True wellness begins with the decision to put yourself first. My concierge yoga sessions are designed for those on a path of growth. People who want to feel stronger, clearer, and more grounded, without the noise of a studio or the pressure to perform.
